A LITTLE OF MY STORY
Since I was a little girl, I spent hours flipping through pages, daydreaming and
making collages; I guess you might say that I've been making vision boards for a while. This curiosity and imagination evolved to a backpack and a journal. Perhaps as a way of trying to decipher uncharted territories of SELF.
I’ve learned that the real journey isn’t just about the places we go but about what happens in the in-between. To dive deep and challenge ourselves to go places physically & metaphorically isn’t easy, it requires doing what most are not willing to do. To live a more connected life is at times, a more solitary life. My hope is that my journey inspires you to explore your own, to embrace the unknown, and to get more from your one beautiful life.

With 10+ years of yoga teaching experience, I’ve gathered a treasure trove of knowledge and tricks along the way —

yoga teacher & globe trotter
From curating retreats, workshops, or creative projects, I’m passionate about bringing people together to dare show a little more of the touching weirdness that lies within us all (Alain de Botton). Whilst I have the academic credentials and yoga certificates, it is my life experience and lifelong commitment to UNVEILING THE SELF that lies my power— overcoming what once held me back and having the tools & skills to help me embrace life lessons. These skills were not taught to me in school sadly.
It's my hope to walk beside you on your journey for a bit, or, for as long as you
like.

From Bali to Berlin, Paris TO London, Zurich, COPENHAGEN, MALMO, Phuket, Sydney TO LAUNCESTON, MELBOURNE TO MANILA — EVERY PLACE LEAVES AN IMPRINT.
Launceston and St Helens played piano and rode horses. Bumping up & down in the flat tray of Dad’s ute to the beach, selling cigarettes and paddle pop sticks across the counter at Nan's village store. Hey, it was the 90's.
At age 8, my parents took me out of school on a road trip across Aus in a combi van. Those road through the outback fuelled a thirst for travel and I started journaling. Fast forward. To a creative arts degree, yoga certificates & a decade spent teaching yoga across the world from Manila to Copenhagen. In 2019, I completed my Master’s in Performing Arts Teaching, and I started out at a private high school. Whoa! The Western education system is outdated and everyone was so stressed, the students often disengaged and glued to screens! After my own health scare here, my body let me know that this wasn't my path. I turned back to the wellness space for answers. I started studying breathwork & seeing the benefits of transformational breathwork journeys in clients. There's always a silver lining.
Ask me to describe my method? A culmination of my performing arts trainings, yoga, breathwork and visualisation. It integrates powerful somatic practices and energetic codes. My mission? To empower an individual to feel safety within. Whether in schools, online, or on retreat; I curate intentional spaces for connection, adventure and radical self-expression.

I am grateful to collaborate with diverse organisations. Past projects span the Arts to AFL, yoga & fashion, schools, mental health & non-profits like Headspace.
Collaborations are my love language, so individual projects with dancers, filmmakers, and DJs, spark JOY.
