I guide women and visionaries who are done with shrinking. By doing the inner work we anchor in somatic practices to reset the nervous system. For teens, we open a space of self-discovery where they move, express and discover their own rhythm. Here, they learn to trust their instincts and rise into the higher version of who they are becoming.

For too long, we've been playing small, shrinking ourselves to fit a certain structure. In a world that taught us conformity, self-love is an act of rebellion. It begins with the Self. We are more than what we’ve been told.

Retreat is a decision. Step away from the familiar known & trade it for expressive movement, heart expansion, journaling & dreaming. Daily circle led by Ingrid in a modern/luxury villa, excursions to world class facilities where human optimisation and meditation go hand in hand. Sure, you're not going to return quite the same but that’s the whole point. Right?

To guide students on a journey of self-discovery, where the curriculum goes beyond conventional learning to unleash authentic self-expression. Through a blend of mindfulness tools, personal stories, and real-world experiences, teens can connect more deeply with who they are and learn that true power comes from within.
